Poster Set-up & Removal<\/h4><\/div>\n

  • All materials must be removed by April 29. The Conference Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or materials left behind. Posters left onsite after the designated removal time will be discarded without further notice.<\/li>\n
  • Posters are required to be displayed throughout the event from 27 April to 29 April in Room 101 and 1F Public Area. Please refer to your Poster Board Number to find your poster board.<\/li>\n
  • Authors should be in front of their posters for delegates to discuss with at the designated Poster Sessions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    Instruction for Poster Preparation<\/h4><\/div>
      \n
    1. All poster presentations must be in English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. The text, figures, and other elements of your presentation should be legible from a distance of 1 meter (3 feet).<\/li>\n
    3. Presenters are required to bring their posters and set them up at the meeting site. DO NOT MAIL POSTERS<\/strong> to the conference venue. No printing facilities are available at the venue.<\/li>\n
    4. A presentation number will be displayed on the upper section of each poster board.<\/li>\n
    5. Presenters should set up their posters during the designated hours using the adhesive tapes provided onsite. The use of paste, glue, thumbtacks, or staples is not permitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

      Poster Format<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      Feel free to adjust the layout, font size, or incorporate graphs \/ tables as per your requirements.<\/p>\n

      • Font Type: Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana<\/li>\n
      • Printing Size: A0 size (841mm*1189mm), portrait orientation<\/li>\n
      • Required Content: Title, Authors’ Names, Authors’ Affiliations and Country (all centered at the top of the poster)<\/li>\n
      • Abstract Structure:\n

        • Materials and Methods<\/li>\n
        • Results<\/li>\n
        • Conclusions and Discussion<\/li>\n
        • Acknowledgement (optional) and References (optional)<\/li>\n
        • Tables, graphs and pictures (optional, if it is possible, please make it colored)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
